A Harbor Seal that looks like it’s just floating on top of the water, photographed in one of the inlets that we visited on our Great Bear Rainforest. The Seal was actually hauled out on a log, but you cannot tell because it’s completely under water, maybe from the weight of the seal.
Not only do I love the fact that it looks like this Seal was floating, but I also love the reddish color in his eyes.
There were no shortage of Harbor Seals in this particular section of the inlet we were exploring. It was like they were surrounding the zodiac at one point, it was like playing a game of whack a mole trying to photograph them.
