Breakfast Nook

It always interests me to see the different behaviours of bears when they get a salmon.  Some eat it exactly where they catch it, others drag them into the forest (sometimes smaller bears that are not fully comfortable on the river). And the other one I have witnessed by a few bears are dragging the fish to a specific spot, like a rock.

This Grizzly Bear pulled his fish into this little nook, which I called the “Breakfast Nook” because it was early morning.  And he found a rock to sit on, in the otherwise deep water to enjoy his fish, until he smelt another bear and had to take off.
