It was hard not to get sunny day photos during the nine days I spent in the Khutzeymateen Grizzly Bear Sanctuary, considering we only had any real rain on one of the days.

The sun was not too much of a problem in this photo, and helped emphasize the unique colouring of the Grizzly’s head with a dark snout and blonde rimming fur.  We were also lucky when he took a bit of a turn while swimming, and allowed us to capture some shots of him swimming directly towards us.
