When I left on my Bald Eagle Adventure, I won’t lie, I was expecting to see Bald Eagles. However, what I wasn’t expecting was the beautiful setting where the Bald Eagles had ventured to take advantage of the still open rivers containing fish. On the clear days there were stunning mountains pretty much every where you looked along the river (not mentioning the drive from Whitehorse).
This Bald Eagle just happened to fly in front of the mountains while we were setup waiting to photograph Bald Eagles in flight. I didn’t even realize that I had captured this image until I imported the images to my computer after the day of shooting.
