Sometimes you spot a Habour Seal and wonder, “how the heck did he get there”. This image depicts one of those instances. Those rocks were really quite high, and if you have ever witnessed a harbor seal move out of the water, they do so very awkwardly. For an animal that only spends about half of their time in the water, where they move effortlessly, you think they would have evolved to move better on land.
