Sometimes in photography things happen so fast that you actually don’t even know that you have captured something until you review your images more closely on a computer. This is the case with my Falling Fish image.
This image was taken when we were photographing Bald Eagles that were fishing in a herring ball. After the eagle came down and caught fish, and as it flew away we realized it caught more then one fish and that as it was flying away it was eating the fish, and also dropping some fish as well. You can see the little fish falling at the bottom of the frame.
