There is no better word to describe this young Grizzly Bear than Bashful.  This Grizzly Bear was photographed during my first trip ever to the Great Bear Rainforest in 2014, and was photographed in an area that we haven’t visited on our trip again since.  Needless to say, when I found out we would be visiting this area again in 2018, I was really excited.

This particular Grizzly Bear seemed like he wanted to “hang out” with us, and enjoyed having us around, but was still a little nervous and unsure of himself. It would be an absolute treat if we are able to see this guy again in 2018, to see how much he has changed over the years, and if he is still so bashful.
